VDC is seeking proposals for architectural consulting services and sub-consulting services for a proposed 17-unit mixed-use non-profit affordable housing development at 599 Donald Street in Ottawa, Ontario. VDC will enter into a fixed-fee OAA 600 agreement for Schematic Design through to Contract Administration for the work, with a savings sharing mechanism to reward cost containment and efficient design. Expressions of Interest are open to all, with proposals only to be accepted from four pre-qualified respondents to the Request for Expressions of Interest.

HRSPRO (11130455 Canada Centre) is seeking proposals for architectural consulting services and sub-consulting services for a proposed 26-unit mixed-use non-profit affordable housing development at 1396 Laurier Street in Clarence-Rockland, Ontario. HRSPRO will enter into a fixed-fee OAA 600 agreement for Schematic Design through to Contract Administration for the work.
