1396 Laurier Street - Rockland Affordable Housing Project

HRSPRO (11130455 Canada Centre) is seeking proposals for architectural consulting services and sub-consulting services for a proposed 26-unit mixed-use non-profit affordable housing development at 1396 Laurier Street in Clarence-Rockland, Ontario. HRSPRO will enter into a fixed-fee OAA 600 agreement for Schematic Design through to Contract Administration for the work. The RFP also proposes an additional compensation mechanism to incentivize project savings and efficient design.
